Reidevelopments LLP is a UK based property development and building consultancy firm that was formed in October 2007. Reidevelopments offers a comprehensive range of building surveying and consultancy services, specialising in the delivery of social housing solutions, advising on a variety of health and safety issues as well as providing clients with a range of planning services. However, Reidevelopments LLP is a multi-disciplinary business, providing our clients with the professional and technical skills and experience required for a wide range of building related issues.

Our Management Team

At the heart of the partnership, Reidevelopments’ diverse management team combines years of experience and technical knowledge with enthusiasm and creative flair. This highlights the company’s ability to provide professional, expert advice and services for a variety of client needs.

Operations Manager - Duncan Reid

Having achieved his Masters in Building Surveying at London South Bank University, Duncan went on to founder Reidevelopments LLP, and now focuses his skills towards the day to day management of the company and planning for social housing schemes in and around London.

Technical Manager - Ian Bourne

Ian has had over 30 years experience in surveying and project management roles for both major projects in the private sector and with various Government Departments within the UK. Ian worked with a number of Housing Associations gaining valuable knowledge and experience in the fields of planned maintenance and development of housing stock. Furthermore, he has obtained commercial experience with Land Securities Trillium on delivery of a 20 year ‘Prime Contract’ for a major Government Department.

Projects Manager - Chris Webb

Qualified as both a Graphic Designer and a Building Surveyor, Chris combines his creative abilities with technical knowledge, providing innovative solutions to complex design and planning issues. In recent years, Chris has been involved with the ongoing maintenance management of a private property portfolio in Horsham.

Financial Manager - Ben Morris

After graduating in Management from the University of Nottingham, Ben worked for two boutique asset management companies for over seven years, where he managed a number of institutional and private client funds. He then left to manage a young company in China for two years whose key areas included Real Estate, Venture Capital and F&B.
